What are these forces?

Hello everyone, so far this year I have this feeling inside of me, like something very important is brewing in my life. It’s hard to describe but I seem to be reliving everything that has happened in my life so far and I just have this feeling in my gut that I’m about to change direction somehow. Can anyone tell me anything about my chart that could explain this? And is there anything I should be aware of in the foreseeable future?
