Parallels and Contra-parallels
Here is a small synthesis of my research on declination parallels

When a planet adopts a certain declination, this determines on the one hand, its time of presence above the plane of the horizon and on the other hand, the apparent trajectory of the star in the sky during the day (because the earth rotates on itself, we must not forget it). Thus, two stars being in parallel declinations, follow the same periodicity of presence and absence in the sky but also the same trajectory in the sky. This makes it possible to determine that they adopt an identical signal frequency. By account, when two planets are in countra-parallel declination, their times of presence above and below the plane of the horizon are opposite, and follow intersecting trajectories.

Given the inventory of parameters that contribute to defining parallels and countra-parallels of declination, one can only doubt those who claim that they should not be distinguished and interpreted as if they were conjunctions. In the light of these analyses, it seems essential to dissociate them and consequently not to treat the two in the same way. Moreover, it is certainly necessary to nuance the interpretation of these configurations which are in no case "conjunctions" or "oppositions". They cannot therefore be defined as aspects in the strict sense of the word and it is a matter of a more subtle analysis than a primary analogy to try to grasp the nature of these configurations. When a planet reaches a given declination, it adopts a particular periodic frequency for us. It is this frequency that colours a planetary function and characterises its modes of expression in the psyche.

The aspect of conjunction takes place according to a combined propagation of signals. The planetary influxes merge with each other, resulting in a marriage where the functional correspondences are perceived as being inseparable from each other. This is not necessarily true with declination parallels, which only highlight the fact that the stars in question follow the same frequency. This can be compared to a resonance, because it is not necessary for the planets to be in the same patch of space (so their influxes do not necessarily mix) to have synchronous frequencies. Thus, it is as if we were receiving several distinct voices on the same radio channel.

If the planets are linked by an aspect, the fact that there is a parallel in declination between them could therefore play a role in a clearer perception of the relationship between them. The nature of the aspect in question would be able to tell us whether the signals would be distinguished in an interfering or complementary modality. In the case of stars that are not related to each other, it can be assumed that a frequency synchronism would combine the impact of their receptions (without confusing the sources of the signals). The parallel of declination can thus be translated by a more intense discernment of different energies which are nevertheless expressed in parallel, because they use the same channel of diffusion which is able to make it preponderant and to contribute to focus the psyche on it.

The opposition aspect takes place when two signals from opposite sources meet, collide in a way. The planetary influxes interfere totally with each other, which leads to a remarkable divergence of the functions they convey. This is not necessarily the case with countra-parallels, which bring to light stars functioning on frequencies that undulate according to opposite rhythms. In this sense we can presume that the influxes in question act through the intermediary of a symmetrical spectrum which contributes to dissociate both the transmitting sources and the psychic reception channels. How can this be interpreted?

The planetary functions interfere with each other, which creates a form of confusion that blurs the normal functioning, making it less clear. For example, in the case of a Venus-Jupiter countra-parallel, affectivity could undergo amplifying interference, which would generate bursts of relational optimism followed by a sudden weakening leading to a sort of dullness and therefore a loss of desire to explore the aesthetic sphere. We would then be in a fluctuating context marked by a destabilising sentimental inconstancy.
