Hermetic Dreamer Your 10th house/4th house axis is pretty strong. Both benefics in the 10th, but Mars too. Sounds like there would be some very high moments, or at least good luck related to your career and public life. With all the hard aspects from Pluto and Saturn there would be a lot of challenges with your career at the same time.

Saturn rules his sign and is in a conjunction with the IC. Home life might be restricting but not lacking in stability.

At least, that is what I see in the chart. I still have a lot to learn in astrology.

That is how I interpret those aspects.

I did have trouble growing up but had no financial issues, at least not considered poor.

I think the challenging part for my 10th house is that I thought I had a tough time getting a job but that only happened until my first job and trying to get experience in my current career field. My current career field is in construction so that is where the hard work comes in play.
