Interpreting planets in houses
Hi everyone!

I just started getting into astrology and I was wondering if someone could explain something to me about reading a birth chart. I am using placidus.

In my 9th house (Pisces on the cusp) are five planets:
- Moon (in Pisces)
- Sun (in Aries)
- Mars (in Aries)
- Mercurius (in Aries)
- Saturn (in Aries)

What I currently know is that pisces would determine my attitude towards the theme of my 9th house. And that I would prefer to handle things in the theme of the 9th house in a Pisces way.

My question is: in what sign do I need to interpret my planets?

With Pisces on the cusp of the house, I am kinda confused. My moon is in the pisces part, but the other four planets are in the Aries part. Are the four planets working with aries energy and my moon with pisces energy? And with what energy is my 9th house working? With pisces - since it is on the cusp?

Your 9th house *contains* both Pisces and Aries energies.
But its cusp makes it *ruled* by Piscean planets (Jupiter and Neptune).

Jupiter is therefore the *dispositor* of all your 9th house planets.
Though your Sun, Mars, Mercury and Saturn are still *operating* with Aries energy. And your Moon is *operating* with Piscean energy.

Your 9th house can evolve over time from Pisces to Aries.
It also works with both of these energies.
Several colors are allowed at home. It makes life more colorful.
Though in other systems, like WSH (Whole Sign House), signs are equated with houses so this issue fades away.
