There is such a thing as a "Retrograde Personality" - at least 3 planets retrograde, 2 of which are personal/social. You have the two social planets retrograde - Jupiter and Saturn - so you qualify. The outer planets are so slow moving and stay Retro for a long time - that many many many people have Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto Retrograde. Many astrologers dismiss any meaning from outer planet retrogrades all together - but some do consider them. Generally, retrograde makes a person more inward and reflective.

Some noted characteristics of the retrograde personality:

subjective
unconscious, internalized urges reflection
reworking of the past
externally passive
not encouraged as child to express outwardly
delay in fulfillment
qualities developed by self in own way and in own time
unique, highly individualized
inner resources
late bloomer
difficulty in relating to mainstream
lonely, isolated, alienated
