Jupiter rising in libra in (virgo) 12th/piscean house
What is it doing there? In my Virgo ruled 12th. What is it´s purpose in my life, to be combining with piscean and Virgo concerns. And by extension linking to my ascendant ruled by Venus in the 9th (sag house) everything in my chart seems to link back to the 12th though.. gemini ruled 9th - cancer ruled 10th - virgo 12th. Does Jupiter in libra negate some of the supposed "adverse" effects of the 12th?
Does this mean that Jupiter and Venus are two of my domiant planets or at least influential in my chart?

Jupiter is no more combined with Virgo planets than any other planet in your chart . . . I mean, it´s in Libra and your Moon/Mars is in Virgo. Jupiter is conjunct ASC and by that virtue, more of a first house planet. Moon/Mars and Jupiter do not share any aspects.
So, just read Jupiter in Libra conjunct ASC. What does that mean? Read Moon/Mars in Virgo in the 12th. What does THAT mean?
Jupiter is the ruler of your North Node in Sagittarius and important in answwering, how do I heal my south node wound? Jupiter is optimistic, enthusiastic, goal-oriented, loves to learn and grow. It has a philosophical side - wants to explore the meaning of life. If you do negative Jupiter then you think too big and don´t look at the details on how to get there. You can be overly optimistic when relating to people and not see who they really are. You can be the glass half full and not consider the whole glass. You can be blind to your own or other people´s so-called "negative emotions" and judge them for not meeting your high standards.
Venus in the 9th can feel like a new beginning. It can be asking you to grow, learn and elevate yourself. It is the house of higher learning. It follows the 8th house of deep personal transformation and is like arriving at a new level of awareness and consciousness. However, it is conjunct South Node in 8th - and - so perhaps there is a balance yet to be achieved between digging down and investigating the inner world for transformation and lifting up to the new level. Perhaps the missing piece is Jupiter on the ASC. In Libra - it is about how you relate to others - what you do with the energy exchange you have with others.
Virgo Moon/Mars in 12th - what of Virgo do you need to let go of? Moon is feelings, Mars can be anger, defensiveness, aggression. Do you need to let go of self-doubt and criticism - anger toward yourself? Or what do you need to let go of that is the quality of Moon, Mars and Virgo?

People have two signs in a house all the time. If Jupiter were not conjunct the ASC I would think differently. Then I would say that Jupiter needs to express through Virgo, because Virgo is on the 12th house cusp and Jupiter is in the 12th - but conjunct ASC in a different, sign, I have to view it as a 1st house planet.
I definitely see Jupiter as a first house planet in this case. Your Jupiter is NOT in the sign Virgo. No matter how you look at it, it is not in Virgo.

I respect your perspective that it is in the extended domain of the 1st house. I actually wanted to know of these possibilities and it is interesting to hear your reasonings. Why is it then that it is even in the 12th though, if it has very little to do with it?
This also wpuld raise other questions for me, as I am unsure of the impact it actually has on me as a 1st house planet
May I ask the difference generally speaking between rising planets in the 12th and the 1st? And as we are one the nearly related topic of planets at the very end of houses, is my sun in the 10th ruled by the 11th? And my Saturn in the 5th by the 6th?
