Planets in Signs Relative to the Sun Sign
So this is my first post here. I’ve been studying astrology independently for around 6 years on and off. I do not consider myself a seasoned astrologer, rather a lifelong student. I love to learn about the practice, it’s origins, various methods and its applications to human life.

I’ve been looking into planets in signs, relative to the sun sign in a natal chart.

I know that Mercury can only be one sign away from the sun, and Venus can be two (I believe) in a natal chart due to their orbits. I was wondering if there were similar guidelines / sets of rules for Mars ? Is it possible to have a Mars sign that is more than four signs away from the sun (without factoring in retrograde) ?

Thanks :) sorry if this doesn’t make much sense.

:155: moves very similar to near Ceres asteroids when looking from geocentric to heliocentric chart because it is incapable of an inferior conjunction like :153: & :154:, there may have been a point in the past when the situation was different!
Pluto is the higher octave of Mars and is retrograde 48% of the time.
I was coincidentally socialised after a high count of Mars Rx´s were born; There are no coincidences!
There are more Jupiter retrogrades than Mars retrogrades.
There are more Saturn retrogrades than Jupiter retrogrades.
There are more Uranus retrogrades than Saturn retrogrades.
There are more Neptune retrogrades than Uranus retrogrades.
Mars has an aphelion winter in addition to an Earth-like winter; Two winters a year.
Do a search for Users with :181: :155: stationary and you shall see that Mars can be a long ways away from the apparent position of the Sun in the sky!
