Best Surgery date for elective surgery?
I am getting all of my affairs in order to have surgery this winter. The surgery will be partly cosmetic, and partly medically necessary. Both surgeries will be on the nose. Neither require external incisions. The surgeries will take, in total, one hour. From 1pm to 2pm.

I have avoided Mars retrograde and Mercury retrograde in my decision making for appointments. Right now, my options are November 17th, 2020, November 24th, 2020, and December 1st, 2020.

I know Mars will be Direct during all of these dates, is that a huge no-no in my case?

For reference, I attached a transit chart for each of these dates. Please let me know your thoughts.

Both Astro-Seek and the Magi Society website give dates that tell for "most" people, hopefully there won´t be a pandemic on top of the current pandemic by late winter!
