Can´t believe...
You haven´t seen "Once upon a Time..." ? I thought you´d be the first person to see it.

I´ll probably see "Parasite" today. - our movie lost with them (the best non-English picture). I don´t really know what to expect, but just in case I´ll buy some food - pasta with tomato sauce (but not spaghetti) as a warm dish, maybe some wine, Haribo jellies...It should be enough.

How is it possible you haven´t seen it yet...

Ok.
I´ve only seen "Once upon a Time in Hollywood" and it was great :15:

I´ll make a repeat today.

Scarlett Johannson was nominated in two acting categories - lead and supporting actress. And she didn´t won...

Joe Pesci and Robert De Niro were nominated in the same category, but Brad Pitt won...

I haven´t seen "Little women" yet, but it´s underrated movie...Only one Oscar for costume design - what a pity.

>"I thought he was gonna shoot her point blank in the head for a second..."

Phoenix even as a public figure/star often behaves so strangely that you don´t know what to expect from him...

Just a few interviews with him, his speeches (a lot of it on YouTube) it´s enough to know how mercurial he can be. Or maybe it´s just Uranus influence :3: - he has Sun conjunct Uranus, and Ascendant square Uranus aspects in his chart...

Very interesting chart, btw - so many planets aspect his Ascendant

I saw him receiving some award at a festival in Europe (probably in France) - he was sitting in an chair and didn´t even know that his name was read...

But he has a specific attitude..."relationship" with Hollywood.

The fact that he played the Joker... There is no mistake in that.

Remember Joe in Good Fellas, that was some performance and he won the Oscar for it.

Joe has his Moon in Scorpio.

He has what it takes to portray a thug gangster.

The highlight of the Oscars for me was when the woman who escorted Brad Pitt off the stage after he won the Oscar couldn´t wait to seize her opportunity to kiss him!

Before the cameras moved away; it looked like she was trying to turn it into a full blown make-out session. Lol

Lol. He is still as calm cool and collected as I remember him being...but that interviewer even made me uncomfortable...she kept getting closer and closer, he kept backing away.

"They win in category "The best original song" :4:"

Ugh... I was not crazy about that song... :61:

Still really liked the movie though...

I dislike musicals... I almost didn´t watch the rest of the movie when I found out it was a musical... But I hung in and watched it, and it was enjoyable. Alot of the musical sequences were taken outside the action of the story, which I liked. It was well acted... Can never remember the guy who played Elton´s name but he did a good job... and of course, great music... Had Elton John tunes running through my head for the rest of the week though...I think others began to get annoyed :61:

"I love this actor. Especially for "Casino" but also for "My Cousin Vinny" (Jesus, I love this movie.) Yes, I know he has a lot of better roles :2:"

I don´t really look at roles like that... Like only serious roles can be considered for "great performances"... Pesci was great in Vinny... As was Marissa Tomei... And the chemistry between them was top-notch as well...I totally agree with you about that movie... I love it too.

Joe Pesci...

I love this actor. Especially for "Casino" but also for "My Cousin Vinny" (Jesus, I love this movie.) Yes, I know he has a lot of better roles :2:

It´s funny that most people probably know him from his role in "Home alone", and his scene are gangster movies.

And he didn´t attend ceremony... Maybe it´s a matter of age (Anthony Hopkins wasn´t there either). Or maybe like Aquarius - he didn´t care about that...

The Academy Awards is quite boring ceremony, too official, too pompous for many people - that´s for sure.

yep.

and everyone´s favorite crybaby is a Gemini... Johnny Depp..

the only one on the list I have seen is "The Irishman"

I am becoming as old and out of touch as Robert DeNiro in his wheelchair at the
beginning of the film..

1917 and Once upon a time look interesting.. but later. Parasite too..

"I want to believe that Pisces wouldn´t win in the "Biggest Cry-Baby" category..."

Maybe everyone would be surprised and it would go to Scorpio in an upset :37:

Nah... that would be more like the best "crying followed by calculated and ruthless vengeance" award...

Ours would be the "best crying then forgetting what you were crying about, then remembering it again, then saying eh fuck it who cares anyway" award...

Mutable powers...activate!! :75:
