Whole sign houses and the rule of 3 degrees
Just wondering... If using a quadrant house system like Campanus or Placidus, it´s common to interpret a planet 2-3 degrees from the next house cusp in the next house.

Is this the same if you use a Whole sign house system? Using Fagan-Bradley ayanamsha I got :160: at 29,5° :176: making it 100% Virgo (feels like it, I use perfectionism and detailism like a tool to fight power struggles with) but I´m in doubt about house IV or V.
